The Real Huntsville Star, Short Change
Now as a successful solo artist and part label owner, Short Change is set to put Huntsville, Alabama on the Southeast Hip-Hop map.[Deep Pocket Entertainment], the newly develop Independent Record Label in Huntsville, AL has introduced Short Change a new Rapper aimed at stardom. It seems that Huntsville’s minor league baseball team The Huntsville Stars are not the only stars in one of the United States fastest growing city.
Deep Pocket Entertainment is set to become not just a hot new label, but a place where Keith Jones business savvy and artist-friendly attitude will allow his stable of budding superstars to shine. CEO Keith Jones states, in the industry right now all we had were soft Rappers with a case of the I GOT”S, I got this and I got that. Early buzz for Short Change mic skills was strong after his rhymes were featured on several Huntsville, Vacaville CA and Nashville, TN compilations. Representing is hood to the fullest, Short Change does just that carefully placing each word in the right place from the track to the flow you can feel what made Hip-Hop so big “hot lyrics and a banging track”. Short Change keeps it hard but real, he got what you can’t teach being able to paint a picture with his lyrics. Deep Pocket Entertainment released Short Change latest project titled “Dope Boi Yella Vol 2″ Mixtape album this February 17th 2009 where he got some. Early reaction is building the street appetite and momentum for Short Change upcoming album titled “WHODATBOYIZ” broke down (Who That Boy Is) scheduled for release in spring 2009. The lead single, “Dope Boi Yella” is already buzzing and the early album reviews are getting thumbs up. Short Change will begin his radio and retail promotional run in the southeast, starting with the Tennessee, Ohio, California, Detroit and Georgia area and working his way Midwest.
