AND THROWS A RECORD RELEASE PARTY FOR THE RE- RELEASE OF 'ART OF RESISTANCE (SPECIAL EDITION)' AT NECTAR LOUNGE IN SEATTLE, WASHINGTON OCTOBER 6
WHO: Seattle hip – hop trio Project Lionheart (www.projectlionheart.com) just received a nomination with the Hollywood Music in Media Awards (HMMA) (www.hmmawards.com) for the Hip-Hop category for their hit track "The Way We Live." The red carpet event will take place on Thursday, November 19 at The Highlands in the Kodak Theatre Complex in Hollywood, CA.
In addition the trio will be re -releasing their album Art of Resistance (Special Edition) at the Nectar Lounge in Seattle, Washington with a special performance of songs of their new album.
Turning heads in the Seattle music scene, front man, producer, and former The Mob Law member Caleb Cunningham, teams up with onetime Mob Law guitarist TJ Berry, bassist Jarrod Keith, with special guest percussionist Thione Diop, which creates Project Lionheart's purely Hip Hop flavor.
Released on the Seattle indie record label, Sound Records (www.soundrecordsmusic.com), the album consists of the remixed and remastered versions of tracks from the group's debut album, as well as four brand new cuts. With guest appearances from members of the Wu-Tang Clan, Bronze Nazareth, Cannibus, and 2007 American Idol runner up Blake Lewis, making this album one to watch out for!
