New Orleans R&B crooner "Rantz" hails from the same Hollygrove neighborhood as Super Star Lil Wayne and he plans on wrecking the R&B game, just as "Weezy" did the Rap game. Rantz's debut CD "Love Train" will be a digital download, available July 1st, 2009. When asked why he chose to give away his first cd, here's what Rantz said, "The music industry is lacking right now. Its lacking the development of Loyal fans.
