Ephraim Benton's appetite for becoming a driving force in Hollywood has only been enhanced by goals to become a triple threat in the entertainment industry. He is constantly developing his own projects, and has already executive produced, written, directed and starred in two short films, "Brown Paper Bags" and "3 Quarters of Face Value". About Michael A. Pinckney
Michael "Boogie" Pinckney, Black Noise Media's Founder, has over 12 years experience under the tutelage of renowned film director Spike Lee. He began his career as a production assistant on films such as Malcolm X, He Got Game and Blade before his promotion to assistant director on films such as The Best Man, The Inside Man and PUSH. He later went on to direct a short film series which consisted of four edgy and poignant films: The Ex Factor, Black Noise, The Description and The Candy Store. The Candy Store went on to win the award for "Excellence In Media" at the Black Men's Film Conference.Black Noise garnered critical acclaim at Urban World Film Festival and at The Hollywood Black Film Festival respectfully in addition to being used as teaching tools at high schools and tools for discussion at Brooklyn College.
