Las Vegas, NV- James "P-Reala" McNair, newly appointed CEO of Philthy Rich Records, established by boxing champion Floyd Mayweather, is concentrating on developing a secure niche in fresh talent and breathing new life into Philthy Rich Records, a label once seen as just a hobby for the boxing champion founder.

McNair's first venture on the reincarnated label titled Philthy Rich Records Presents "The Money Machine" a mix tape project slated to drop September 18 the day before Philthy Rich Records founder Floyd Mayweather is scheduled to return to the boxing ring after a two year retirement, is just a taste of what's to come from the independent label with new east coast roots.

Collaborating with industry super producers and artists such as Trey Songz, Jadakiss, DJ Clinton Sparks, Joe, Young Money, Heat Makers' Arsonist, The Incredibles and many more, McNair is definitely showing he has what it takes to bring Philthy Rich Records to the music forefront.
