WHAT:  Created as the brainchild of  Andre "Dre The Mayor" Hopson and the self proclaimed R&B Hippie Neo Soul Grammy Award Nominated Artist, Raheem Devaughn, the 368 Music Group is an independent Hip Hop label/production company. The goal of the 368 Music Group is to serve as an incubator for true talent and quality music. 368 Music Group first signed talent is the buzzing artist out of the DC/Maryland/Virginia area, PHIL ADE. PHIL ADE is currently on the Sneaker Pimps tour and is gaining a wide fan base while opening for notables such as The Clipse and Wale.
